Are you only eating 1200 calories a day with all that exercise? That won't be enough. Read the road map thread to work out your calories and also log all your food properly.

Good to hear some are getting results. I am just a beginner so hoping to build up reps. I think i looked at body rock but it looked really hard! Don't think i could do anything close to that. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place?

I am doing squats, lunges, planks, press ups, dumbell rows at the moment. Would really love to see some results on other people though.

Great thread! This has definitely inspired me to start some body weight training. I keep stopping and starting but I am gonna try to stick with it this time. I'm 5ft 8 and just hit 134lb. I still have a lot of belly fat and am not sure if I should still be thinking about the scale or if it's down to bf% now. I am having a really hard time not focusing on the scale though. I realise my weight seems lowish for my height but i still have so much fat on my stomach. No where else…

Thanks for all the advice, I will be taking it on board! I am so surprised that I have still have fat to loose when I am so well into the healthy weight bracket. If i loose much more I will be classed as underweight! Or are those charts a load of rubbish?

Hi, thanks, i really only have fat left on my stomach now, but it's quite big! I am at a very healthy weight for my height so that's why I thought it might not be about losing weight as such.

Ok, so will continuing to eat at a deficit and doing body weight exercise such as lunges, squats, planks, press ups, help to shrink my stomach?

Thanks guys, to be honest I am not worried about actually seeing muscle just yet, one step at a time! I need to lose the fat on my stomach and get it flat first. I'll look at body rock thanks.

Yes i have eased up on the cardio and would now like to build muscle and lose the flabby stomach as that is the only place with lots of fat now. So i started using nerdfitness. I hope it will give results, what do you think? I don't know how I can lift heavy without the gym!

Do you all go to the gym for your lifting? Is it possible to do it at home with little expense? Sorry if this is a stupid question!

What's it like? Lots of cardio or a mix of stuff?
