Thanks, I feel I am training OK but it's the diet I struggle with. I'm learning every week how to improve though. I am aiming for between 100g and 120g of protein. Does that sound OK?

Thanks for the feedback. I am female, 5ft 7.5 and weigh 145lb. I am still using very light weights but have built up from just using the bar! I am still progressing with my lifts, albeit it slowly.

Wow, you look amazing! Can you talk about how you got there? Did you eat in a deficit for the 2 years? What type of exercise and how often?

Ice cream fitness. It's a. 5x5 program. Although I am doing the 3x5 cutting version. How you have described my aims is perfect. With the lifting, yes I am being progressive and increasing weight. Only managing about 100g of protein at the moment though.

Thank you! I've been going round in circles for 2 weeks. I think I just needed someone to tell me what to do. Last week I was around 1400 cals and lost about half a pound. Does that sound about right?

Hi! Went back to the gym today for the first time in a few months. Starting ice cream fitness. Anyone else following this program or similar?

Thanks for the great advice, I haven't used the cable machine but I think I've seen it so I will look that up and give it a try. And thanks for comments on failure, I will change that up too.

I'm currently 134lb, down about 24lb. On paper that weight for my height is small but I still have a really large stomach. I am small every where except the stomach which gives me a weird shape and I just look ridiculous. So I will keep plodding on.

No answers I'm afraid but I am exactly the same. I've lost 2 stone and am at a weight where I should look good but I don't as I am bloated. I'm trying green tea but not sure if it helps yet!
