Rock the hell on! Put 'em to shame ;)

This sounds really interesting, but what's the challenge? Is it clean eating for x number of days, or something else?
-
Heck yeah! Do you even need to ask ;)

Aww thanks! I think she's super cute!

Being kind to yourself and eating what you like is helpful for staying on track in the long run. Just make sure you're diligent about measuring and logging what you eat, so you stay in control and know how many calories you've taken in. As long as they're not "invisible" calories, I can't see the harm.

Bless your heart, Zeraus! I'll take being told I look like Natalie Portman any day! Oh, and sticking with Disney, I'd say you look like Prince Eric from the Little Mermaid.

Actually, I can tell you exactly what the difference is. In movies, when people portray slaves, they are portraying characters with backstory and agency. Deen was enamored of the idea of blacks playing slaves while they served food at a restaurant. This isn't acting. This isn't a story. This is a case of Deen idealizing a…

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion on the subject, but I'm glad to see her go, for a host of reasons over and above her most recent controversy. Sure, she's an older woman raised in a different era where saying things like that wasn't seen as a problem. I'll grant her that. But the disturbing part of this story was…

Way to bloody go with the 75 pound weight loss! Congratulations and what an accomplishment!
-
This is the most awesome thing I've seen in awhile. Thanks for the share!

Thanks for the advice! And congrats on your goal clothes now being too big!!

Bumping for recipes!

You're looking sassy Ladyark! And shut the front door, congrats on 85 pounds lost!

It's interesting that you say you go over on carbs! I'm always way below the carb limit set by MFP. My real problem is sugar (and fat, too). I loooove coffee with hazelnut creamer. Just a few cups of coffee and I'm already over my sugar limit for the day. I don't know how MFP determines these limits though. Yeah, I think…

Bump!! Man, I really hope some people post these recipes because this all looks so good!

I think this was a really interesting video. Thanks for the share! In truth, I've never really understood the difference between the low carb and paleo lifestyle. To me they seem remarkably similar. I remember when Atkins was big a little over a decade ago. I did the Atkins diet in high school for a few months and lost…

Hi! I'm looking into similar trackers. Since I'm still in the investigation phase myself, I can't recommend one over the other, but I did have a long conversation with a friend the other day about how much she absolutely loves her Fitbit, which I took as a strong endorsement. She showed it to me and it seemed simple and…

I've always been really interested in Zumba but have never tried it. I'm a little embarrassed to go to the group Zumba classes at my local gym. It always seems like everyone in classes is always way fitter than me and it makes me a little self conscious. But you really like it? What's your instructor's name?

I'm so excited to have found this group! I'm Morgan. 28 years old and 5'2. My starting weight is 180 pounds and I'm looking to get down to 110 (since I'm quite short). I've been yo yo-ing the same forty pounds for the last ten years, so I'm excited to finally get healthy the right way, rather than through short cuts. I'm…

Holy crap, this is amazing! Clearly I have a new running goal! Congrats on finishing the run :D This isn't Doctor Who, but still fits within the nerdy realm: there's a running app called Zombies, Run! which is pretty fun. I'm using it to help keep me motivated to run.
