  • July 6th Exercised: yes Tracked: yes Calories: yes Chased after an 18 month old for 9 hours to day. Had to make up an exercise since MFP won't calculate calories burned for strength training. I made it say MISC...see notes.
  • Amen to being proud of not over eating on a holiday. I did very good too, most the food was healthy.

Lots of walking as usual and then at the end of the night I add in my steps...crazy how I keep getting closer to going over 2 miles...never realized I took that many steps!   • I'm sitting at 182lbs. Which is fine but I too am finding that lot of my clothes are getting to big for me. I will still get hubby to tape my waist I need to get him to tape my hips and arms.
  • Get someone to tape you that might be why it seems like your not losing weight you could be losing inches Mo.

  • I did a lot of walking today but I am so sore from Sunday. We took our son to the water park and I did about 3 hours of swimming and then walking up steep hills and then back down said steep hills. So right now my calves hurt as well as my back.
