I use any kind of melon. High water content and very low calories. So you can eat as much as you feel like and not ruin your day. A whole cantaloupe only has like 200 calories, depending on size.

Lol always listen to the man with the pretty abs. Fruit will not make you fat, it's a perfect easy snack. People take this no carb thing way too far.

Don't force yourself to eat things you hate just because they are healthy. You won't do it, and when you do you'll be so miserable that you'll give up and just get cheesecake.
