You know of course I'm in this week too :) I promise myself to take one day off from exercise because I can feel that my body needs a break after somewhere around 2+ weeks of exercising every day. I think I have myself conditioned to have at least 9 glasses of H2O a day so I'll keep up with that. Lose at least 1lb and…

Great loss Suz and MissDee! I had to quote myself to remember what my goals were lol... I made it to 31 min and 6 sec. so I'm perfectly happy with that :) especially since the next day my shins were uber sore lol (thankfully between my own research and mfp pals I've made that a much smaller concern). I've had my water and…

LOL I do that too! Agree completely about FB and the only reason I'd consider upgrading my phone is to use MFP on it!

What about cottage cheese--I get the fat free one because it has a little more protein per serving and it's 80 calories for half a cup.

I love my New Balance N4 (I'm wearing the watch right now) I got it online at healthcheck systems for $57

So far I've cut my 3 mile walking/jogging to 35 min so I would love to get it below 30 min. Keep up with my 72 (or+) oz of water a day. And I'll have to weigh myself in the morning so I can lose at least 1 lb this week. Good luck and Good Night :flowerforyou: Oh! had another though, I keep telling myself to get to bed…

I sprung for an entire bag of popcorn *crunches loudly* so I think you're doing quite well lol.

Lol, I always wonder why it goes that way--they ask if you're single and then why--granted I have a list of reasons I'm single (that get's lots of eye rolls lol). It's sooo much simpler this way and all my friends are guys so they give me crap about it lol.

goal 1: I've stayed under calories every day this week :) goal 2: 298/250 minutes of exercise (might up it next week lol) goal 3: avg of 8.3 8oz glasses a day, ever since I got a new water bottle (wed) Ive had 9 'glasses' a day :) Good job newday (I'm pretty sure I've seen your name, but I'm awful about remembering names…

I've heard great things about the C35K program of interval training but some great ways to improve endurance in a low-impact manner are the elliptical and biking/stationary biking.

Sounds good, I'm down for it.

Lol that's great...I think from now on they should put fun shapes in the chest hair for giggles..."yeah check out my after pic, I have a strawberry on my chest" lol

That does suck. I agree with the others--talk to him. Don't think that he can read your mind or that he even has a clue that it bothers you. Remember that this is for you and no one else. I avoid relationships like the plague because I know I'm not ready to invest in one, but I do think that communication is a huge factor…

*nods at above posts* yep, if you want the icecream go for it. I'm more along the lines of not eating if I'm not hungry--I try to do what my body wants/needs.

In the bit that I've lost--15 lbs--I've gone down a cup size and lost 2 inches in my butt, those are the first places I lose lol, but even when I was 80lbs lighter I still had a butt. I love my butt :) You can always try talking to it... "Hello Mr. Butt, I love you because you are part of me, however I would really…

Every complicated recipe is simply several easy recipes combined :) One of my fave places to find good, healthy meals is eatingwell.com I love that people can leave reviews about what they did/n't like or how they adjusted a recipe. Good luck!

Hardcore strongly AGREE! :flowerforyou:

I know what you mean--just by eating a bit healthier and (HUGE) working out a bunch has made me feel overall better in a relatively short period of time--and those 15 lbs didnt hurt either lol

tofu, quinoa, and eatingwell.com lol. I love searching that site for new vegetarian recipes to try. I made the following recipe last night and it was delicious! You're welcome to look at my food diary for any ideas. http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/savory_orange_roasted_tofu_asparagus.html

I passed my 200 min exercise goal last week and I'm upping it to 250 min. Ive stayed under calories almost everyday since the break so I'd like to keep that up :) Good luck everyone! And I'm going to try to make it up to 64 oz of water, its been tough to get that high and i keep leaving my water bottle in other rooms lol.
-
You look fantastic! Great job and thanks for the inspiration...and I think I have that same bra lol

Does it have a chest strap? and what kind is it? I read some reviews about a timex that said it was consistently overestimating calories burned.

It's all about how much you want to lose per week. 3500 calories is a pound so you can decide based on your activity level/exercise and food intake based on that if you want 1/2/etc lbs a week. hope that helps :)
