Definitely that it is really hard for me to lose from my thighs, and people telling me not to lose anymore. Especially because my sister is stick thin, and not that I want to be stick then or anything, but they are okay with her being that way and don't tell her to eat more.

Eating breakfast is definitely a must if you want to lose weight. It jump starts your metabolism for the day and helps you to not eat so much later on in the day when your metabolism has slowed down.

i'm 5'8", and my goal weight is 135. I had the same problem with one of my friends and one of my family members, but my nutritionist said it was a perfectly acceptable weight goal. A few years ago that was my weight so I know that I am not underweight by any means.
