Arms for me. I've notice that I have gotten smaller in the hips/love handels area and chin. But my arms are still flabby like those dreaded chicken wings! The weird thing is, I mainly have been focusing on my arms and shoulders. Ugh!

Hey I just started with this app. I'm about 5'4. My ideal goal is 130-140. It all depends how I feel and look when I get closer to that goal. Maybe less maybe more. But right now my goal is under 200. Then my next goal is 180( what I wieghed before I started dieting on/off)
