I started my weight lose journey at 220lbs not at 168lbs. Stated with 5:2 at 184lbs and now, well you know. So I have been doing 5:2 since last September and have been teetering at 168-172 for months now, but I am trucken' along. I love 5:2 even if I have been levelled out.

Monday's fast was a success at 519cals. And yesterday I managed to stay below 1600 after exercise, big win. And then this morning I weighed myself and I am back down to 168.8, happy days! Another fast tomorrow...Have a great day everyone.

Tomorrow my second fast day of the week. This week has been going well with no major hiccups. Weighed myself this morning and I'd 2lbs down, hope I can keep it there until my official weigh-in on Sunday.

I discovered an interesting trick last night. After I finished dinner I brushed my teeth. After that it totally discouraged me from having any 'extras' while I was washing up. I usually find some treat to stick in my mouth, but once I brushed my teeth I just didn't want to mess up that fresh feeling.

@flumi_f, so glad you are doing so well. Did baking today for my birthday tomorrow, so hopefully I won't gain all that I have lost, but I am so pleased to see my low number again and seeing it on a normal day whereas before it was a 'low' after fast weight. Have a great week everyone :D
