Sugar free marshmallows made with whipped egg whites and gelatin. They do not work. They are not marshmallows. Don't even try to save it by trying to make rice crispy treats. I got a pan full of soggy rice jello! I think I put protein powder in it too. That ain't right!

I know I have low blood pressure. I get those black out dizzy spells when I stand up. Trying to get sodium from meat and add salt to my food. Ermehgerd-- sounds like I need lab work again. They never find anything. Maybe I can get a nutritionist referral.

Thanks for trying to help guys. I'll bone up on the glycemic index.

I am hungry in the morning because I eat very small dinners so my dinners and breakfasts are reversed as my main meals (I go to the gym in the evening and box for 90 minutes, and it's right at dinner time). And the breakfasts that are showing as over 500 calories means that's how much I ate before lunch. I log them all…

I can't eat most carbs. Rice and quinoa are the only grains I can tolerate, and I can't tolerate most fruits. I believe I have found all the carb sources I can tolerate: rice, quinoa, potatoes, tubers, some fruits, and refined sugar. Also, I always combine my carbs with fat and protein. If I switched from sugar to other…

Could someone take a look at my food diary and see if there's something I don't see?

Actually, I upped my carbs and the blood sugar issues are popping up right now, not when my carbs were super low.

Salad with olive oil, avocado, and a can of tuna or 3 oz. of your favorite protein. Do throw in a some carbs though. Like a half serving at least. I throw like a quarter cup of yam or rice on top of my salad. You could also have a piece of bread or toast on the side or a piece of fruit.

Running will do that to you. I was an endurance runner FOREVER, and I was ALWAYS hungry. For some reason, strength training and high intensity training are said to be more likely to suppress your appetite. I have found this to be true. If I run for 90 minutes every day, I know I will be a hungry hungry hippo, whereas, if I…

Self defense classes are nearly useless in a DV situation. I box with men and women, and I'm pretty competitive, but if you put me against a man with no fight training but 30 lbs on me I guarantee he's going to win in a fight. Self-defense techniques might buy you an escape window during a random street attack, but it's…

The quiz that Cosmo should really have. Especially considering that 1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime, and it is the leading cause of injury for women 15 - 44. (These stats are for the U.S. I'm certain they are higher in other regions). This is the danger assessment used by law enforcement and…

If you're exercising 20 minutes per day, you don't need a rest day. You are well below the recommended minimum for exercise for basic health let alone the kind or amount of exercise that will contribute to weight loss or fitness. Also, your diet is super high carb and low protein.

You are in an abusive relationship. The threats of harm to you and your family are likely sufficient for you to get a restraining order. The restraining order can include your children, which will give you 100% custody until he can get it modified through the court. As a domestic violence victim, you will be eligible for…

Has anybody tried that fat melting laser thing?

They have lean muscular physiques, grace, agility, and stamina... I don't need I man to pick me up and carry me around...I need a man to keep up...lol... keep up...

Who would NOT go for a soccer player? Swoon. Just sayin.

My gym is closed on Sundays, so I do an active rest day: running, swimming, playing, hiking, pilates, yoga, etc.

I have IBS too. So miserable. Sometimes afraid to eat. Sometimes determined to find a solution. Sometimes worn out by the whole thing. Even worse, a lot of delicious healthy foods are not IBS friendly so weight loss can be even more laborious. Have you done FODMAPS? I've been tinkering with it, but like you said, sometimes…

Skinny = natural birth control? Who knew?

Of course, the recipe! Turned out better than I hoped. Might want to add a few eggs though. This girl is a baking genius! http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2013/05/31/healthy-chocolate-fudge-zucchini-brownies/ Chocolate Fudge Zucchini Brownies (dangerously fudgey!) ◾1/2 cup shredded zucchini (100g) ◾1/3 cup applesauce (80g)…

Breakfast: Eggs (actually don't need to be refrigerated). Pancakes (use your favorite recipe; actually not high cal without all the butter and syrup). Oatmeal with some trail mix thrown in. Lunch or dinner: Hobo stew (pre-chop veggies, potatoes, and beef; each person pics what they want and wraps in a foil packet; cook…

I'm pretty sure theatres don't care if you bring your own drink in. A lot of people habitually have a bottled drink in their purses. As long as your not brining in a pizza or a mini bar, I'm sure you're fine.

I saw some guy around mile 6 running in socks. I wonder if he made it with all those rocks and sticks and things. Lol. Yeah, if you aren't used to running with wet socks and shoes, and you think it might give you a problem, try it. Make sure you're wearing old, well worn shoes. And don't wear vibrams unless you don't mind…

You have an absolutely gorgeous body. Great proportions, long and lean, and wonderfully shaped. I don't know where your horrible self image came from, but fixing that is what you need to be putting work into. If you don't have the means to see a psychologist, then look into a support group for EDs and see if they have any…

I have a hard time picturing a 100 pounder with a big fat belly. Are you sure it this isn't in your head? If it's in your head, no amount of diet or exercise is going to get rid of it...

This is besides the point, but HoneySprinkle, I LOVE that bikini!
