It doesnt matter if all your minutes accumulate! Just make sure you get in about 230 minutes a week!!:) keep me posted! I will be updating too!! I am keeping a spreadsheet as well!

Me too! :) I am 100lbs overweight and 2012 WILL BE MY YEAR. I WILL lose at least 60 lbs. I don't want to over set my goal and not succeed. I love this idea of 2012 miles in 2012!! Its DEFINITELY a good way to stay motivated! I would love a buddy to talk to, to keep my motivated!! Happy New Year everyone!!

Thank you! Very helpful! I actually "TRIED" Medifast and it DOES work, if you can stick with it. I was one that couldn't. I did it around the holidays last year and I was just soooo hungry!!! Its VERY hard. [was for me] Im glad it's working for you!! Good luck with it!

Here is my opinion! When you are eating, especially since you are cooking for yourself, USE A SMALLER PLATE!! They say these stories ALL the time! You will trick your brain into thinking you have more food on your plate if you have a smaller plate that is full! And obviously, you will have less food! You should have LOTS…
