M1- diet coke (tisk, tisk holly) M2- green smoothie M3- grilled chicken and cheesy broccoli M4- yogurt w/ fruit and almonds M5- blackened salmon, sweet potato, brussel sprouts I love having time to plan ahead. In a couple of weeks, that's all gonna change. Augh!!

Those days are the worst! I don't know if this helps, but I have a couple of days a month that I just say forget it and rest. Almonds are awesome to have on hand! I'm loving plain Greek yogurt with a little honey right now. It's super satisfying and protein packed. Also, microwave popcorn. The sodium is not so great, but it knocks out that salty-wanna-eat-something-naughty craving that creeps up at around 3 or 4 o'clock. :)

I'm soooo in! I know a lot of what I'm carrying is water weight from salt, adult beverages, etc. I'm ready to shake it and lean up! Edited to add my weight this morning was 139. (I don't usually cuss... But $&!@?!$&@!?,)

I'm trying to, but finding its way harder than I thought. If I don't plan what I'm going to eat, I come up under 1200 net. Not good I hear. So I'm working on it. These high insanity burns are hard to gobble up!
