Asthma can be so frustrating when all you want to do is take a walk without worrying about an attack. Definitely talk with your doctor. Adair has been life changing for me, no need for a rescue inhaler now. Best wishes!

I saw this on the MichaelKoryFitness youtube channel. He's got lots of great, healthy, simple recipes and fitness tips. Jalapeño Cheddar Turkey Burgers. (Makes 5) 1.25 lbs of lean ground turkey 1/2 c shredded fat free cheddar 1/4 c chopped pickled jalapeños They were super good and freeze really well.

The key is the sauce! Here's a good one that I put on tilapia with shredded cabbage: 1 cup fat free sour cream 1/2 c roasted red pepper slices Cilantro Lime zest and juice Chili powder Cumin Blend ingredients in the blender (As much or as little as you like). It also makes a great dip for chips or veggies. Enjoy!

This true for so many of life's challenges. Well said! To OP... No worries. Its great that youre trying different foods. You don't have to eat seafood or cauliflower to eat clean and healthy. Just keep trying new things and stick to what you like. Best wishes!
