I have Quaker Oats, cook in 3-5 minutes, but I just microwave for 1.5 minutes, add a little milk and 2 tsp brown sugar.

I would say, check out their profile. If they seem like someone you have things in common with, like kids, etc. then add them. If you don't think they are someone you would really talk about things with, then maybe don't add them. It is you choice, whatever you want :)

Hey, I generally weigh myself every Tuesday. Today I am 248 lbs, no difference since last week, but that is okay because my week hasn't been the greatest for eating well :) Hopefully, I will lose at least 1 lb for next Tuesday! I think this thread may help to keep me on track, thank you!! April :)
