Met my goal yesterday of getting in 8 glasses of water and not eating between meals. Goal today is to go to the gym and no snacking between meals. I have a very bad habit of "grazing" all day long and need to break that habit!

Hello! I completed my goal of going to the gym on Monday, May 13th. My goal yesterday was to drink 8 glasses of water and I met it. Today my goal is to get to the gym again. I should be heading there around 11:30.

I am 5'1" and currently weigh 264. I did start last year with MFP and lost 22 lbs but then I had a health issue. I had to stop going to the gym and I gained my weight back. I am just starting over now. I do plan on posting pics sometime, I just don't know when yet.

He probably was just being a guy. They can't help it :) However, if someone makes you uncomfortable, I would go with ignoring them unless it became unbearable and then I would bring it to the gym staff attention. I use the free version on my Ipad. It is great for tracking when I will get my period. You could use it for ovulation tracking if you are trying to get pregnant, but I just use mine to generally know when my husband will be going through hell each month, lol!
