I'm in. I'm new to fitness pal & am so up for the challenge.
90 minutes of racquetball.

a quick update;
1st - 70 mins - (15 mins brisk walk and 55 mins 6 mile run)
3rd - 50 mins - (treadmill/bike & elliptical)
4th - 30 mins - (5k run)
......snowed off......
7th - 50 mins - (4.5 mile run)
8th - 45 mins - (4 mile run)
Total so far = 245/1000
Need to ramp it up this weekend & next week to get to that target0 -
2/1 ~ 47mins elliptical; 37mins run/walk outdoor
2/2 ~ 18mins elliptical; 55mins interval training
2/3 ~ 20mins zumba; 20mins walk treadmill; 20mins run treadmill
2/4 ~ 60mins weight interval training; 30mins swimming
2/5 ~ 36mins run/walk treadmill; 26mins stationary bike
2/7 ~ 45mins kickboxing; 33mins run/walk treadmill

Day 3: cycling, daily commute - 102 mins - so cold had to take a more direct route in today

Day 5:Mega snowball fight on village green - 75 mins (or 477 HRM cals burnt)

For some reason i cannot find what exercises count towards the 1000 can someone please help me.I can do this, but are we each accountable, or are we to post and you are going to keep track of everyone who joins? Either way is fine. Was just wondering...is there a prize at the end?Sadly my exercise asthma prevents me from doing the 30DS often so I'm stuck with mixing it up on the treadmill. I get anxiety when I can't breathe but no matter what I will do this!
