    Daily commute is around 40 miles a day...

    Day 1: cycling, daily commute - 165 mins
    Day 2: cycling, daily commute - 172 mins
    Day 3: cycling, daily commute - 102 mins - so cold had to take a more direct route in today
    Day 4: General cycling - 90 mins

    Day 5:Mega snowball fight on village green - 75 mins (or 477 HRM cals burnt)

    Total: 604 mins

    I have been very sick since Saturday. Planned on going to the gym today, but, didn't make it.
