    I am new to MFP..
    Ans I am in for this challenge.

    Feb 1 = 60 min (Gym)
    Feb 2 = 50 min (Gym)
  • So just by keeping track of your works out on here does that go towards your time, or do you keep track separately?

    Day 1: cycling, daily commute - 165 mins
    Day 2: cycling, daily commute - 172 mins

    Total: 337 mins

    I'm all in! My total so far is 182 minutes. I'm doing Slim in 6, yoga and working out on my treadmill.

    Going out for a run in the morning before the snow arrives so will add more tomorrow
  • Thank you so much to nixona1031 for posting this challenge each month! I find it really keeps me motivated to get my exercise done each day.

  • Only had a short time to work out today, but I made myself do it!!

    I am interested in this for sure!

    I just started back to the gym today so this will be a good motivator!!

    Feb. 3/12-30 minutes on the treadmill.

    I plan on working out Mon-Fri b/c my gym is at my work.

    I'd like to get in on this. I'm a new MFPer and need to motivate to get my exercise up.

    02/02: 31 minutes running + 20 minutes weights = 55 min so far
