I'm just 19, I wont be 20 until February D: and I don't have any children, though I'm supposed to have one. I had a miscarriage when I turned 18 (literally, happy birthday) and ate my pain.. plus some. So now im here trying to lose this weight and get healthy to try again :)

I suppose I didn't really explain myself in the right way in the beginning. To gain weight I ate a lot of calories, but not necessarily a lot of food, I ate extremely unhealthy and fatty foods, and salt could have been considered a food group in my diet. I have to agree with the people on here that those who don't usually eat breakfast will find it's a quick and easy alternative.
