Looking here at this nutrition label, it says one can of Diet Coke has 30mg of sodium. This is pretty much negligible when you consider the ~2000mg daily recommended limit.

My advice is to buy a Heart Rate Monitor. It will be infinitely more accurate than a generic MFP calculation. There are far too many variables in that type of workout.

Due to my crazy work schedule, the only time I have is AFTER being out of the house 13-14hrs a day!! Needless to say, I have a hard time getting into the gym on certain days. I focus on the feeling I will have post-workout. I always feel rejuvenated and good about myself. It is 100% a mental game!

#237 - We had trekked up a mountain that was pretty desolate and had lunch and a XXX and while I was on my back, looked down and saw an honest to god, real snake that had came up to watch a mere foot away from us!! I calmly said, dont move and she jumped up and ran! Thankfully it startled the snake and it slithered off…

Beets! And I love veggies. Just cant do beets. It probably comes from childhood memories of that awful tin can version of them!
