Yea, the whole pepper thing is the way to go. I wouldn't mess around and go straight for ghost or something off-the-charts hot. It will be pretty obvious who has stolen your lunch!

Minis have the ingredient proportions all wrong! Too much chocolate vs everything else. Standard Snickers cut into thirds or something would taste better! (Have we hijacked this into the Snickers thread yet?) Per the OP: Definitely can save yourself a hell of a lot of gym time by working on willpower in the kitchen!

Endomondo on your smart phone will use GPS and tell you your pace live. It will also track your peak, your personal bests, your average per, etc. Fitbit is pretty weak overall. Any of the apps listed here that incorporate GPS will be a lot better.

38 year old single dad of a 7 year old here checking in. Bottom line is, if you are dating around the age of 40 and do NOT have some type of baggage, I would think you are in the minority. It comes with the years. Anyone holding out for a person without any exes or kids is severely limiting their dating pool. There are…

Too much too soon and / or improper support / fit shoes. Increase your miles much more gradually. Also might be worth checking that your shoes are supporting your foot type. (Pronation, arches, etc)

Everyone has hit the highlights. The other big lesson I learned that not all calories are created equal. I was eating under my calorie limits, but once I started adding a moderate cardio regime, I found myself always drained and lacking energy. Or I would eat junk, though staying under calorie counts, I would wonder why I…

I need to buy new pants (clothes in general) but do not want to buy my in between loss size pants. ie: I need to buy 34 waist pants right now, as my 36s are falling off my *kitten*. But I know I will probably need a 32 by goal weight. So yea, I dont want to waste money on the middle size 34! Haha

Not sure how you can take that foodinsight.org review very serious when these are the financial supporters of that organization: (Notice the overwhelming majority are the very companies this documentary are calling out) Abbott Nutrition Ajinomoto North America, Inc. Archer Daniels Midland Company Atkins Nutritionals, Inc.…

Meusli. I always had the impression it was so healthy, but in the portions I was eating (with milk) it was 600+ calories before I had even started my day!
