My first guess would be your diet. You need to sufficiently fuel your body. Not just calorie counts, but good nutritious food. If I start eating too many empty calories the first place I notice is in the gym, not the scale!

Leftover pasta is always dry and gross. I think the classic leftover favorite is Chili. That extra time to sit around in the fridge really seems to infuse more flavors together and I swear it tastes better the day after. Another example of this would be Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Burgundy).

I am so happy not to have to shave every day! I do it once a week with a neatly trimmed goatee on the weekend. Work days get the lazy no shave treatment for working in my IT cave.

Is there an option to rent it out? If she cant make the payments, she cant afford it. As you said, you cant sell it due to being upside down, so... keep it in both their names and rent it out.
