Hi all, I just joined yesterday and I am having trouble meeting the calorie limit(1200). I eat breakfast usually a banana or oatmeal or cereal and coffee.i don't usually eat lunch maybe yogurt or nuts midday then meat and veggies for dinner Any suggestions???

Hi all, I just joined this site yesterday and I'm having trouble reaching the calorie limit(1200).i like breakfast which is usually banana or oatmeal and coffee.midafternoon I like a yogurt and dinner is chicken or ground beef and veggies. Still below intake by a lot. Any suggestions????
