Hey hun - Im 5'11 and have just hit the 210 mark, down from about 260lb.....only looking to lose another stone and a half as i know i felt and looked good then and a size 14. I got G cups so never going to be tiny!! lol x

Hey - Im 5"11 started at 246 (started at that on MFP but had lost approx 15lb before that) now at 210 and UK size 16. So a total loss of about 50lb so far. Aiming for 195 and size 14. x

I do, I use it as a mince substitue, and also have Linda Macartney Vege Sausages instead of normal ones, they are lovely. I do find that a lot of the other quorn products are still quite high in calories though xx
