I run at night because I start work pretty early (6 or 7 am). I would suggest you run at night, since it helps you to sleep.

I agree with the previous post...if I run in the morning I am hungry. However, when I run after work I have to force myself to eat (no matter how far I've run).

1. What are good things to eat going forward? I feel like if, at this point, I can't push myself anymore I should probably really be filling my body full of carbs and super healthy foods?
