  • Whatever you do, don't take Jack 3D it is pretty much like cocaine in a supplement form. It has killed many. The FDA hasn't regulated yet. I just graduated with my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics, so I'm not just some crazy person on the internet.

  • I've had psoriatic arthritis for about 3 years now. My doctor told me that running is very hard on the knees, so that you shouldn't run and stick to more biking, swimming, and other forms of exercise. Anytime I try to say screw you and run, I always have really bad flare ups in my knees then I can't function for a while.
