  • I was told to just add squats to my rotation and to add weight instead of reps (not a whole lot, mind you). Do them until you feel the burn like you did after completing day 30!
  • My trainer told me to never do the same strength training two days in a row, so I did the squat challenge but added a day of rest in between each day. I have gotten up to 110 squats and my quads are nice and visible now (they definitely weren't before)! But good luck to all of you!
