Rght now, MFP has me at 1520 calories per day. I stated at 1840 a day and have recalculated everytime MFP bugs me about it. I usally like a bigger dinner, so I go with a 300 calorie breakfast, 100 calorie lunch and the balance for dinner and an evening snack. I'm walking 60 min at 3mph 4 - 5 times a week.
