at first i didnt really buy clothes too often as i got into the smaller sizes, i became pickier about fit now that i buy 'small' i guess i'm set lol no idea when i first started getting compliments, but i sure get a lot of OMG U ARE TOO SKINNY ones

my coffee and diet pop intake varies between 1c coffee a day and no soda to entire carafes of coffee and multiple 2 liter bottles of soda doesn't matter in terms of weight loss

I wouldnt worry about not eating your bmr. I very rarely eat mine. According to scooby's bmr calc, it is set to 1822, and i usually eat 1500-1700 no big deal

I am pretty good about logging! 245 day in a row streak, sometimes I get lazy and auto add like 3000 calories if I had a stupid meal, but usually I'm pretty strict happy to have a few new people on here

If you are using tdee approach to weight loss, then don't eat extra on workout days. Honestly I used to have the same problem. I think you'll get used to it after a while.

5 strict. Usually do three 'sets' of 8 where a set is 8 with rest in between lol 6 weeks ago, could do zero. Not even close You guys are crazy strong lol

mostly water / poop/ glycogen will normalize in one week or so after thanksgiving , i literally gained 8 lbs in 2 days lol

i did tdee calc and eat at a deficit from that if i go over and above my normal workouts of like 3 per week (say extra bike ride day or something) i eat a little more that day i never eat more on normal workout days and dont log the workouts these days - they're included in tdee
