First gym walked 3 miles, sauna ahhh, second gym, circuit training and bike...Two gyms, latter is 24hrs so I can work out late :)

Hey everyone! I'm new here too and would love some friends :) Just started almost two weeks ago and already lost some inches and weight! I was consuming waaaay too many calories per day and barely exercised like I used too. I'm 47, 5'2 1/2 and currently weigh 151. ( last year I was 169). My goal is 120 ish...maybe more…

Hey! I love walking too! I try to walk 2 to 3 miles a day if I can. I stand on my feet all day at work and played sports in the past, so my knees don't handle the stress of jogging or running too well. By the way, I'm new here and really like this MFP!! :) PS: I'm from Raleigh, NC :)
