I usually just add 0.5 to my speed to take it in consideration as snow slows you down for the same amount of effort. Hope that makes sense! But do try snowshoeing if you can. It's such a wonderful feeling!

Milk! I used to deink about 8 glasses a day and cut most of it out but I really appreciate it when I have calories left over.

I really like Corn Bran and Original frosted mini wheats. Most importantly, I've discovered that with almond milk, cereal is super smooth and really nice. Trick: I keep cereal crumbs in a small plastic container and add a teaspoon to my yogourt. Makes for a smooth and crunchy snack.
