I'd go with the banana shake. My trainer recommends I eat one before working out and I noticed the tennis players at the tourney this week eating them between games.

I have a picture on the mirror in my bedroom when I weighed MUCH less. It helps to look at it and remind myself ok you were that weight before you can be there again.

I swam today but am also getting back into it. I swim in a metered pool so 1500 is a good stopping point for me. What I did (which is too little for you and your group) is: 200 free warm-up 24X50 (one back kick, one backstroke, one breast kick, one breast, one free kick, one free) and repeat it 4 times -- I love to kick!…
