Started Keto about the first myself, down 7lbs so far,and a lot more to go! Had some bad choices still in the pantry at the beginning and my carb demon just had to have it, but glad to see the scale start going down again!

No....no snacking outside of breaks....I get 2 15 min breaks, first at 5 then lunch at 8 and last 15 at 10. Sounds very yummy, haven't tried avocado sliced with anything, have only had guacamole.

thank you so much for your helpful advice. My weekend also runs fri sat as well.
