Sunbeam toaster....an antique that makes perfect toast,stovetop,my oven & cast iron skillet.

I like to fry (1 Tbl oil) chicken breasts,bone in,till golden on each side,then pop the open skillet into pre heated (400*) oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven...let sit 5 minutes & serve. Very tasty,little oil.
