I am a bit heavier (5'7", ~185) and tend to burn between 380-400 during this workout using my HRM. My heart rate usually stays in the target range during the first 3-4 circuits and then drops off towards the end where it is mostly mat work. I love NMTZ!!

I think a huge part of weight loss is the psychology behind it... especially for those of us with food issues.
