  • I eat a plant-based diet, too, and am very active on MFP!! Anyone can feel free to add me. Cheers, Jenny
  • Congrats on your success so far and thank you for your no-nonsense words of wisdom. Good luck to you as you continue your journey!!
  • As a vegan who has many, many days when I am too lazy to cook -- may I recommend steam in the bag vegetables and rice? Those are my savior! I make sure my freezer always has a few bags of each so that when i'm starving and ill-prepared and unmotivated I can have a moderately healthy vegan dinner in less than five minutes!…
  • I am a bit heavier (5'7", ~185) and tend to burn between 380-400 during this workout using my HRM. My heart rate usually stays in the target range during the first 3-4 circuits and then drops off towards the end where it is mostly mat work. I love NMTZ!!
  • I think a huge part of weight loss is the psychology behind it... especially for those of us with food issues. I know a…
  • Hi! I have been vegetarian for about five years and now strive to eat 100% plant-based. Feel free to add me as a friend! :) ~Jenny
  • Amazing! Congratulations. You look awesome and I hope you have learned some great lessons about yourself along the way. :)

  • Welcome! Feel free to add me... I'm looking to lose around ~60 lbs and can use all the support/motivation I can get. Good luck...and show us pics of the dress when you fit into it. ;-)
  • Oh, I am so feeling for you right now. You are beautiful and it's worth finally focusing some attention on yourself! I am entering my thirties and looking to finally do some things for me, as well. Just remember that when you are eating right and making fitness a priority, you WILL be a better mom, wife, etc. as the…
  • I am in no way implying that you are on food stamps, but I recently stumbled upon this free e-cookbook that has not only lots of good and healthy recipes, but basic strategies for making your food dollar stretch further. I really enjoyed it! http://www.leannebrown.ca/good-and-cheap.pdf
  • Hi there! I think committing to using MFP is a fabulous first step on your journey. You can do this, girl! Just sent you a friend add. P.S. love the horse in your photo. :)
  • I am new too and looking for motivation and support! Just added you. :)
  • I find this happening to me sometimes and my favorite strategy for re-directing the conversation is to change the way I represent my goals to my friends and loved ones. It's hard not to share my habit changes with them as it is pretty noticeable in social settings that I am eating different, drinking less, making workouts…
