I don't think that's necessary. If you don't like them bringing in cake, then avoid going near it, I guess. They seem like they're just trying to be nice by offering these things and what does them being bigger have anything to do with leaving cake out? I think you're making a huge deal over nothing.

So, since she's moving into a new profession as a gourmet chef, she's the problem? Nope. People are not forced to eat the food. Anyway, what does it matter? Be happy for her.

Congratulations! I like the name Collin :)

At first I was like, "oh yeah, a 7 day diet - awesome!" and then I was like..."Maybe not." I'll just make this soup for when I'm hungry at night because I have horrible night time munchies which completely sabotage my new lifestyle!

You definitely are more thinner in the face. Great work!

It could be many things. Thyroid is the first thing that comes to mind for someone who seems to do everything right and still can't lose. also, although the skinny girl may be able to eat what she wants, she's not healthy if she's eating fast food EVERYDAY and eating 4000+ calories.

6! of my no bake cookies, all totaling up to 900 something calories...oh yes, it was so hard to log every last bit!

Looks awesome, but how much pumpkin? It didn't say

Congratulations and thank you for sharing - I need it. About 2 months ago my plateau started, a month in I kinda' gave up and started eating what I wanted here and there, which turned into almost all the time, eating whatever. I gave up exercise for almost that entire month. Obviously I haven't lost any weight because of…

I have the same problem as you; I eat the rest even if I'm full. If I eat out at a restaurant, I take the leftovers home and make SURE to eat them. I hate it. I want to break this as well because I was raised like this, too. So...bump! Edited to say: I don't eat leftovers off of someone else's plate though, pretty gross ;)

30 lbs in four months?! That's nothing! haha, j/k! That is amazing! You're doing great, keep going and you'll be very successful :)

When my daughter was younger (she's now 2) we would every now and again, especially if she wanted to get out of her stroller and walk at the mall, then we definitely would, just for extra precaution. We don't now because she can listen and understand and she stays close anyway, also holds our hands. I don't really see why…

That'd be more of a treat for me, so I'd eat it because no food is off limits to me. Although, it is 260 calories per serving (which is a tiny square), so I probably wouldn't taste my calories on it, unless I'm having a "cheat" meal.

Is that a deer you're feeding?!

Did you really go to Las Vegas?

store bought fish...never again

congratulation's on the baby! and you're doing great, awesome loss!

Not at all. If I were her, I'd post another picture similar to this :) People are jealous, that's all. It shows nothing of her being a bad mother Edited to say: although is she hadn't of put "what's your excuse" up top, I think a lot more would be supportive of this.

I had a turkey burger with some seasoned cabbage and oven roasted baby dutch potatoes, MMm!

Iron Man by Ozzy - works every time

I know for me it had a lot more to do with feeling uncomfortable and overworked which works hand-in-hand with feeling self-conscious. If the work out is hard and you're uncomfortable, you're then worried about how you look to others and if you look "stupid" to them...if that makes sense.

I was doing one "cheat" meal a week and then I thought I could do an entire weekend because it was a special occasion kinda' weekend - wrong. I'll never do that again (or so I'll definitely try) because that made me whirlwind outta' control. One cheat day a week is enough to keep me on track, any more than that and I don't…

You're doing great! Sometimes we do need that extra push and I know I already have early in my journey. I think it was a good idea to post this, maybe to gain more motivation and to keep going. Sometimes you need positive reinforcement. :) Great work, don't give up, keep going. If you quit, think about 1 year from now.…

Idk, it's either/or because you're still young, but seeing how you've been in some pretty bad relationships and tend to "latch on" quick, I'd tread carefully, but not too carefully as to push, possibly, a great guy away.
-
That's pretty damn amazing! Great job, you look fantastic. Hard work pays off
-
Awesome progress :) Congrat's!

I don't dread eating out if I know that I'm definitely staying within my calorie goal for the day, but if I'm eating out and it may end up being a "cheat" day because of eating out, then I become more hesitant and therefore regretful after as well.

Darn, I though this thread would help me to lose 50 more lbs by next month....too high of expectations ;)

I'm in the same boat right now. I know with me I just have to up and do it. It takes a lot, but when I just put myself in that mode where I just did it without thinking about it, I got it done. My problem now is thinking about it too much, therefore not wanting to do it AT ALL, if that makes sense.

You can definitely tell the difference and you look so much happier. Great work!
