And unfortunately it still happens because there's no actual consequences to the people/companies doing this; a letter that can be thrown right away is not a consequence IMO. I'm sorry this happened to you.

I eat what I want as long as it's within my calories, so I never say anything bad/negative about anyone's calories. If they go over a lot (which I do at times) I just don't comment, that's all. It's not really my business, just as it's no one's business what I eat, that's why my diary's private now.

Eating 600-800 calories can sabotage your metabolism, binging may not even be the problem, it may actually be helping your body if anything. I eat 2000 calories a day, I couldn't imagine just eating only 600-800. IMO, you need to up your calorie intake to at least 1200 that way when you do have "cheat days" you won't binge…

Cook it like usual then boil some chicken bouillon cubes and put the rice in there and let it simmer for a little, gives it a "chicken" flavor, it's good.

I eat a good sized breakfast and then have a small mid-morning snack to keep me until lunch. This is important to me because I'm hypoglycemic, but I also find it keeps me from munching too much.

cheese, seasoned salt, onions, peppers - you can even make a casserole out of 'em...put in some diced potatoes - very good! I second the egg yolks, too! I put in one egg white and two yolks most times

After reading responses, I feel very comfortable writing my responses haha! I don't like to turn the volume on the TV to 13, I believe it's bad luck, I hate the number 13! Oh, and I get very irritated with people who chew loud (like horses, as I say) or cough loud a million times in a row! I know, I'm a b*tch!

I think it depends on the person - not everyone likes to have breakfast, it's too early. As for me, I like to because it helps me to start my day off right since I have hypoglycemia. I eat a fairly bigger breakfast and then have a mid morning snack as well. As for it boosting metabolism, I'm not so sure about that.
