I have tried this a couple times with modifications because I am a vegetarian. It left me weak and hungry. I lost about 5 lbs. probably water weight.

I drank diet pepsi for 25 years. 2 litre a day or so lol Nothing wrong with me health wise. It also never deterred me from losing weight. I only stopped drinking it because of financial reasons. Wanted to put more money back into my budget. I still enjoy a diet soda from time to time.

I eat it just about everyday with a couple teaspoons of Pico de gayo (salsa) or cut up some tomato's and add a dash of Lemon pepper.
