  • What a great week! Made several smart food choices, more walking then anticipated and survived a gruelling hot day on the golf course. Feeling good about the micro changes this week given the heavy travel schedule. Actually looking forward to my date with the scale on Sunday
  • Week 2 of travel - said no to sweets 3x - and push back on eating more calories / better portion control this week - celebrating small steps and shifting from how it was to being present to eating in the now.

  • One little mind trick is to reduce my sugar intake - I hold fast on my Starbucks - it is the small things like a sweet dessert at a dinner / conference this week - felt a little stronger today - to big "airport walks" DTW and MIL - for the win!
