Hello, may I ask, how many grams of sugar is in that particular soda? (no hate, I'm just curious). I like to have a small amount of sugar after a workout also, it makes me feel a little better, but thats just me, everyone is different. Thanks!

Go for it 100%. You WILL lose that little bump!! The Insanity workouts are HARD, thats no joke, but that ok, just keep MOVING, doesnt matter how slow. And just like they say in the video ads, every workout gets a little "less hard". Do the workouts, follow the food program (also very important), and you WILL get results!!!…
