I used to get them terribly, they did eventually go away after many months and I never get them any more.

I love carbs, I just had to get portion control right, I was eating way too big a serving of pasta, rice, potatoes etc. I still eat all of those things, just a smaller plateful. You do get used it to pretty quickly.

Same for me, I have a glass or 2 of wine and soda instead of a biscuit or cake or whatever as long as it fits in my calorie allowance. Hasn't hampered my weightloss, I'm actually almost at goal :drinker:

I'm not a morning person so I never eat breakfast. Hasn't stopped me losing weight.

If I added sugar to a meal I would definitely log it! I log ketchup, mayonnaise etc. They all contain calories so you need to account for them.

Mostly from meat, fish, cheese and eggs

I love comparing old and new pictures, sometimes I forget just how far I've come until I'm looking at the differences. It's a great motivation not to let myself start slipping back too.

Cheese! I want all of the cheese

No, once a week or sometimes once a fortnight.

On a couple of occasions I've gone 3 weeks without losing anything then on the 4th week without changing anything dropped 2 or 3 pounds. Water retention, hormone levels etc can make weight fluctuate but it will even out eventually. If you're weighing everything and only eating back a portion of calories burned I would say…

If you've only recently started working out pretty intensely your muscles are probably retaining water to repair themselves. That's a possible reason for not seeing a loss on the scales even though you're losing inches (well done on that! ) Make sure you drink plenty of water and give it another week for the scales to…

Sometimes it's impossible not to look

You haven't gained 6 pounds in 8 days, it will be water retention. Your muscles retain water to repair themselves, I always jump up a couple of pounds when I'm working out hard. Drink plenty of water, keep an eye on your sodium intake and it will drop back off in a couple of days.
-
This might sound strange but are you getting enough sleep lately? I find I get really hungry after a bad night's sleep.
-
I drink peppermint tea too, really does help my stomach.
-
No. I drink green tea every day, I like the taste and I like having a range of different hot drinks to choose from, especially in cold weather. I don't believe it does anything to speed up weightloss.

You can do it! I was a UK 16 last June and last week I started buying size 10. When I started on here I didn't think I'd get this far but I just stuck with it. Just keep logging and don't get impatient, all those pounds lost soon add up, you'll be amazed what you can do when you put your mind to it

You're already beautiful :flowerforyou: The first few months are the toughest, just stick with it and once those pounds start adding up and you can see a real difference in how you look and feel it will all be worth it. 2 pounds a week is fantastic, you're doing great! Well done.

Show lots of cleavage in your profile photo. Oh....erm...never mind

I run outdoors, I have music playing and I just do a lot of thinking. Running makes me feel very zen

Just before I go to bed. I always save some calories for the evening and have a range of snacks to choose from so I don't log until I've had everything.

When I finished C25K I wasn't running the 5k either. I just ran for an extra 5 minutes each time until I made the distance. As others have said, don't worry about speed, that improves naturally over time, just keep running. And a huge well done on completing C25K!!

I still enjoy eating chocolate I just don't go overboard. Everything in moderation means you don't feel deprived and are more likely to stick with it long term.
