The aim of C25K is to get you running for 30 mins by the end so you're already there. I did it last year then just increased the time I ran for until I was hitting 5k. You could try that

I also tend to go for the steak, or sometimes cajun chicken, with salad instead of chips

Don't worry, it all gets logged. All 3 will appear in your exercise diary, it just only mentions one in the news feed.

A couple of pounds. I now avoid the scale one week every month, I'm emotional enough

I have a couple of glasses of wine most nights, hasn't stopped me losing, I just keep within my calorie goal and I lose every week. :drinker:

This only applies to men who hate cats and I'm guessing she wouldn't want to marry one of those.

I have cheerios as an after-workout snack. I have 30g with 50ml of milk, I like them crunchy not soggy  I always weigh them, cereal is very hard to estimate!

Use whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Some people on my friend list have their photo up, some don't, it doesn't affect our friendships

I have a couple of glasses of wine most days, hasn't stopped me losing. I get my workouts done to make sure I have enough calories for my vino :drinker:

You look amazing, you're a gorgeous girl with a stunning figure. Well done!!

Yes definitely. I had been giving myself far too big portion sizes for things like potatoes, pasta & rice. It was quite an eye opener seeing what a serving size actually was!!

Fantastic! For me, clothes fitting again is more of a victory than anything the scale says. Enjoy your "new" wardrobe, you've earned it

Try it for a week and see how you feel. I always work out late in the evening it helps my insomnia but everyone's different.

It isn't a short term thing. Dedicate the time to doing it right, it's worth it.

100g when cooked is a small portion, I usually have double that. 130 calories sounds right to me

When I do a lot of running my weight doesn't drop, I think I retain more water as my body recovers. If you're losing inches then you're doing something right! Nobody knows your weight unless you tell them but if your clothes are getting looser that will be noticeable. Stick with it, don't let the dreaded scale discourage…

Firstly UK size 10/12 is definitely not chubby! Secondly, I always struggle to find jeans that fit, if they fit the waist they're too tight on my thighs and if they fit on my legs they're too loose at the waist. It's annoying. I usually just wear a belt. Try lots of different brands to find the best fit or maybe you could…
