I just had mine done about 2 weeks ago. Much more painful afterwards than I anticipated, but now I feel so clean, prob from being on liquids and all the vitamins I take now too. I'm happy and excited, I've lost 13 lbs. already. Can't wait to dance at the gym once I can bend at the waist more comfortably.
