so, i looked around and found out its called the body media arm band. I also located one and i'm purchasing it today ! i'll keep you posted on my progress. If anyone has one of these or knows someone who uses it. They use them on the biggest loser. So, i'm hoping to become a big loser too. heeheee

i think this is a great site for you, because we have all felt that way, and had days we wanted to just give up. I agree with the others on here saying, give them as little info as possible. I'll also and that i wouldn't look at their food and ask whats in it, or read the calorie count on their food. Thats probably making them angry and feeling like your bragging (not saying you are) or that you shouldn't be proud of what your doing.…

Sorry, i'd love to say the cotton ball thing is a joke. But its totally real ! strange what people will do, but, when your occupation relies on being super skinny. Than some people will do anything, and there's much worse that they do.

The model diet ! where all your allowed to eat is cotton balls soaked in orange juice . Just swallow em. Thats all you get and you think your full. True story . heeheee
