Since I am new at this, this website will be great for me since I work during the day and when I come home I will have a meal ready for me.

I had went on a 7 day cruise and only gained 3 lbs. I got up in the morning and used the exercise room to do my workout and had a sensible breakfast. Did alot of walking during the day.
