I want to know one too. I cook my chapatis in 150gms of flour. So, 3 chapatis of approx 50 gms each without any oil or ghee. Any idea how many calories will that be?

Most cheeses. The only time I eat it is when it is on top of my pizza. Don't care much for Mayo too Milk chocolates. (I love organic dark chocolate, though) Peanut butter (Yuck!! )

30 Day Shred works like magic. Also, you could try ab exercises, squats, push ups, etc. Swimming, and walking will be of good too. Hope this helps :smile:

I was getting a lot of knee pains and went in for an Ortho consult today. The doctor asked me to continue all my exercises - both cardio and strength. He said that the pains are a result of me exercising consistently for the first time in my life; and he ruled out all chances of an injury. PS - He did also ask me to avoid…

Still have FB and used to log in for 3-4 hours a day. I do that here now :smile: My hubby calls this my New FB addiction :bigsmile: I do still log on to FB, but mostly to stay in touch with friends and play a few of the word games on Mindjolt that I love. Oh and btw, the time now for FB is 3-4 hours per week :wink:

About 20-25 yoghurts, some fresh fruits (apples, watermelon, grapes etc), sprouts, fruit juices, lime juice concentrate, workout bars, milk, eggs, fish, chicken, butter, bread, veggies of all kinds (mostly fresh, some frozen)... and a few other titbits!! :bigsmile:
