Hey, good luck. This is a great site. Just start easy and keep at it. Exercise is the greatest thing in the world. I love hiking, biking, some running, and any outdoor activity. This site has worked great for keeping track of calories. Add me as a friend if you like. I try to keep everything I do fun!!

I do 1/2 cup(dry) oatmeal, cook and add 1/2 cup each of low fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Lots of protein and keeps you from getting hungry all morning. Add fruit if you want, I add a peach during peach season.

Just keep going! If you just started 2 weeks ago you are probably building muscle while at the same time losing body fat. Not at all uncommon. With the exercise you are doing it will start coming off. Just monitor the calorie intake so you don't sabatoge yourself. It will happen!!!

To bad I don't live in Napa and am to old-2 strikes! I love to hike, bike and outdoor photography(flowers mostly). I try to do at least one of the above every day after work. And yes I understand living alone, but I just get out and do things I love everyday.

Good Luck! Just stick with it. I eat a lot of fish, but do eat some red meat. The key for me has been keeping my diet high protein, low carbohydrate and being honest with the quantities that I eat. I don't use one, but if you have an Android smart phone there is a free app called buddyrunner that you can use to track miles, time, pace, calories burned. It is great!
