I have 3 snacks a day. fruit between breakfast and lunch (since it is high in sugar), nuts between lunch and dinner, and plain non fat yogurt after dinner. Banana doesnt have 30g of sugar. It has aprox 12-17g depending on the size. Small banana 6-7 inches has around 12g. The way i stay under or around my sugar limit is, i consume only one fruit a day.

I cant see your diary but my guess is that you are consuming less calories then you should based on your described food diary. You also need to add snacks inbetween your meals to fuel you with energy to prevent you from getting tired. Try adding fruits or nuts in between ur meals.

I think your calorie intake is fine. If anything i would increase amount of exercise to maybe 400 cals lost per day. Those last few pounds are always hardest to lose. Now that we are talking about phisical problems, my hip has been giving me problems if i do cardio for more then 45 min. It gets all painful and stuff. I think i will go and have a little chat with my doctor and see whats going on.

Ouch. My hubby is experiancing something simmilar to this but instead of his knee, it is his shoulder that is the problem. he took MRI and got injection and now only time can tell if he will actually need surgery or not. Hang in there. I hope it gets better
