I'm from Germany and I very rarely snacked. When I worked as an Au Pair in the US after finishing high school, I found it funny that my kids snacked so very much and also that you can buy everything in snack size, for example raisins. You wouldn't find that here. ;)

Totally agree. :smile: I was rather talking about binging in terms of emotional eating. If that's what her binging is about, then it would be good to cope with negative feelings other than by binging. :smile:

Maybe Binging plays a role, too. Again, I have the same problem - I used to binge on sweets too often (one week binge free now ;) ). I suppose that binging might mess up the metabolism? So try to avoid that and keep eating healthy and try not to binge. Maybe that would already help? :)

I know how you feel! I have exactly the same problem and feel very frustrated. Btw, we are the same height and weight. ;) I don't think that you are eating a too little amount of calories, but I would start tracking your macros, especially carbs. Also, at what time of the day do you eat most of your calories? Spread evenly…

Looking at your diary, I would definitely lower the amount of carbs you eat in a day. Eating less carbs has always been the best way to lose weight for me. :)

I try to do lose weight doing lowcarb. So yes, I gave up bread, pasta and potatoes. However, I do eat oats, sweet potatoes and fruits. :)
