WOW, I guess it depends on weight, and age. I burn about 1000 calories on Level 15-20, program random for 50 minutes at speed 55-60. I'm 229 lbs. I just purchased a heart rate monitor for accuracy and the machine is pretty dead on.

Sorry you feel so tired. :ohwell: Everyone has to struggle with something. And in order to succeed there needs to be sacrifice.
